How My Prepaid System Works

  2. I Build & Send: I create your copy, design your layout, format the tech, and deliver your newsletters on schedule.
  3. Friendly Expiration Notice: When your pass is down to its final issue, I send a quick heads-up email. You decide if and when you want to replenish your balance to keep your marketing rolling seamlessly.


    Onboarding Brand & Template Setup - billed at $30/hour, with no minimum time requirement. This is required for new clients who have never sent newsletters before.

    Together, we establish your master email marketing foundation so every newsletter looks polished, branded, and delivers reliably.

    • Guided Tech Handoff & 1-on-1 Call: Due to modern email security rules (like Gmail & Yahoo's sender guidelines), certain security settings, like Domain Authentication (DKIM/SPF) and email address verification, must be initiated by the domain owner. You won't have to navigate the tech alone! Every setup includes a 15-minute 1-on-1 Tech Setup Call. We’ll hop on a quick screen-share, and I will walk you through every click to authenticate your domain and connect your software. No tech guesswork, no headache—just 15 minutes and it's 100% off your plate!
