I've been a planner my whole life. I geek out on logistics, organization, and detail, which is how I landed in the events management industry for 15+ years. I'm also an avid traveler and, for me, half the excitement of any trip is the thrill of mapping out the plan.
At the end of 2019, I decided to merge those two passions (event planning and travel). I signed on with a host agency, and launched my own travel business on January 1, 2020.
2020 - What timing! I booked a dream Hawaii honeymoon, a trip to Zion National Park, and a spring break getaway to Cancun. Then, the world shut down.
I quickly realized I could only do so much laundry and housework, and binge-watching Tiger King on Netflix wasn’t doing it for me. So I enrolled in an online marketing course for travel advisors and immersed myself in Facebook communities centered on email marketing, graphic design, and content strategy. I fell in love with all of it. Eight months later, I realized my true passion was supporting travel advisors behind the scenes, and LV Virtual Solutions was born.
Fast forward to 2025: one of my VA clients was expanding her team and needed a Disney specialist. I threw my hat in the ring, and she brought me on board. Today, I'm an active travel advisor specializing in Hawaii, Alaska and Disney.
While I stepped back from general VA work in January 2026 to focus on travel, I couldn't bear to let go of email marketing. Building automations and designing weekly newsletters is my absolute favorite part of running my own travel business, and helping fellow advisors do the same is where I truly shine.
After some soul-searching, I realized I don't have to choose between the two. That’s why I’m reviving LV Virtual Solutions: your home for practical email marketing strategies, seamless tech setup, and actionable resources built specifically for travel advisors and small business owners.
